Dynomax Industrial was established in 2005. For more than 14 years we have been into chip-tuning, engine calibration and racing preparation of various cars and other vehicles. For sure, through our work – we have used different models of dynos. Today, our experience helps to engineer and produce dynamometers directly according to the needs of professional tuners. Our products are designed for continual heavy power duty. Central office and our manufacturing line are located in Tallinn, Estonia. That enables us to provide fast shipping and prompt technical support to Asia, European Union, CIS (former Soviet Republics) and many other parts of the world. We help our clients with installation work and set up. We also teach how to work with our dynos.

Inertial dyno is not equipped with electro-magnetic retarder (special brake system) and can serve only for measuring of engine power. This is a great solution for chip-tuning because there is no more obvious way to compare car engine power before software upgrade and after.

Braked dyno is equipped with retarder (special brake system). It is more functional and can serve for more purposes, because along with “inertial mode”, it can create and control load and resistance that is provided to the wheels by the rolls (pulleys) of the dynamometer. This type of dyno is essential for professional car calibration or racing-cars preparations and tuning. Of course, this type of dyno can still be used for simple software upgrades and power measurements.

QUALITY

Rolls of the dyno are specially processed and balanced. They provide minimum vibration, perfect surface traction and create a large inertial mass which is necessary for accurate measurements. Axles are designed for loads up to 3000 kg

ALL-WHEEL DRIVE DYNOS

AWD models are equipped with multi-roll system for quick and easy vehicle installation and greater inertial mass. All axes are synchronized for measuring cars with all gear types and all torque transfer systems.

INTELLIGENT ELECTRONICS

Electronic components and software have been designed taking into account the real needs of tuning companies and racing teams. You can test vehicles with output up to 2000 hp. With the help of our dyno’s software you can figure out:

  • torque
  • power of the engine and “wheel power”
  • boost pressure
  • composition of the exhaust gases (AFR)
  • transmission loss
  • exhaust gas temperature
